Born in Llanfairpwll, Anglesey, Elin Fflur with her intensity of performance and charismatic voice has created for herself a large following.
She became a household name after winning the Can I Gymru contest with the popular song Harbwr Diogel in 2002, although she had previous successes with Welsh language bands Carlotta and Y Moniars.
Since then, other popular albums have followed, one in collaboration with Caryl Parry Jones, and the rest with her own band.
Her natural talent for performing live and the power of her personality has attracted interest from producers as far as the USA.
Elin says her own songs are based on personal experiences, and are often composed with other members of the band. Siôn Llwyd plays the bass-guitar, acoustic guitar and keyboards, Jason Huxley lead guitar and Deian Elfryn the drums.
